History

The original Vincian flag represents vincian men: men who are attracted to other men, sometimes called MLM (men loving men). The term 'vincian' is one of several community-coined words used to name male same-gender attraction. It was developed in online LGBTQ+ spaces as part of the wave of new pride flags that followed the rainbow flag, and has since been joined or replaced by newer Vincian designs in some communities. The colors are dark blue, teal, bright blue, cyan, light cyan, light blue, and white.
